Pet Hotels of America is looking for photographers to take photos of their city, pet-friendly beaches, parks etc. These photos will be uploaded to our website and the photographer will be given credit. Photos will be used in listings and in blogs.
Pet Hotels of America, a fast-growing travel planning website for pet owners, is hiring people for sales and business development. Must have excellent telephone voice, strong sales background and willing to work on an excellent commission basis. If you have worked for any of the known directory listing companies before, you will most likely do well at this job. The position will require making cold calls and follow up to sell ads on the website to restaurants, shops, pet stores, kennels, doggy daycares, pet sitters, groomers and other businesses nationwide. Public Relations – Intern
This is a great internship opportunity for someone that wants a career in public relations. Candidate will write blogs and press releases; conduct research; provide outreach via phone; provide input for public relations campaign and develop presentation package deliverable via html page, Constant Contact and/or PowerPoint. Student will also work on media list development and pitching stories to local, national and trade press. Requirements: must be an excellent writer, good phone communications, organized and ability to follow instructions. The internship will be fast paced and offer the student a great opportunity to get hands on work experience. Must be a self-starter and go-getter. This student will gain extensive experience in public relations.
Brand/Product Management – Intern
This is the perfect internship for someone that wants to hone in on their project management skills with a possible opportunity to join a newly launched company when internship commences. Candidate will schedule radio interviews nationwide with top-level organizational leaders; develop an affiliate program for website venture; procure support of outside organizations; and develop and implement outreach campaign to establish brand. This is a fast-paced internship. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and leadership skills; someone that is a forward thinker; good telephone skills; the ability to think outside of the box to develop new promotional programs; strong follow through is absolutely necessary.
Writing – Intern
This internship will require strong writing skills for articles that will be pitched to trade publications, online news articles, blogs with substance and direct mail campaigns. A strong emphasis on Associated Press journalist style will be expected. Requirements: excellent writing skills, ability to research and convey results with clarity for use in a story, great communications skills.
Radio/Television/Film – Intern
Intern will develop scripts and questions & answers for radio interview. He or she will also write video scripts, which may be used online to promote clients via online avenues. The student may also conduct streaming radio interviews with top decision makers of organizations nationwide.
Marketing – Intern
This is the perfect internship for someone truly interested in learning and getting experience in marketing from the ground up. Student will research; develop campaigns; and work with organizations to develop and implement promotional campaigns. Is a multi-faceted internship with the student initiating marketing ideas and collaborating with decision makers to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign and oversee its implementation? Student will also work on marketing collateral, writing and brainstorming on ideas for flyers, direct mail and more. Requirements: Ability to think outside of the box, organize thoughts and processes; initiate and complete tasks. Must be a self-starter and will receive guidance and instruction along the way.
